CQ Collective is a meeting place for people dedicated to protecting wildlife and wildernesses. A gathering together of passionate individuals who believe in preserving the natural beauty of Central Queensland, and the planet, for all future generations. 

 

Our work is focused on educating the community, lobbying for stronger environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable practices to reduce our impact on the environment.

 

We are committed to making a positive impact and ensuring a sustainable future, both environmentally and economically, for our district.

• Our intention is to preserve environments across Central Queensland, for future generations.

• We strongly believe in community engagement and utilising democratic processes to make way for community lead solutions. Everyone’s voice should be heard.

• We will not give politicians a platform to grandstand on other people’s misery.

 

•  CQ Collective is about bringing communities together. Issues like this can be very divisive and this plays into the ‘Divide and Conquer’ tactics used by governments and corporations.

• We strongly support traditional owners to preserve and protect country.

• We invite and welcome input from other relevant community groups and look forward to sharing knowledge and skills.
